Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, whether you are navigating stress, relationship issues, family conflict, or life transitions. I strive to create a calm, welcoming environment that helps you feel safe enough to share your story at your own pace and in your own words.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client centered, focusing on creating a safe, supportive experience where you feel like an active partner in your care. I draw on evidence based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths based techniques to help you notice patterns, build coping skills, and connect more deeply with your own resilience, values, and goals for change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will focus on building comfort and connection so you can get a sense of how I work and what therapy with me will feel like. We will talk about what brought you in, what you are hoping to change, and what feels most important right now. From there, we will create a plan together and move at a pace that respects your needs, boundaries, and preferences.
