If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted while still trying to hold everything together, you’re not alone. As a working mother, I understand how stressful life can be, and growing up in a family affected by anxiety and depression has given me a deep personal understanding of how mental health impacts everyday life. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, mood disorders, and co-morbidities such as bipolar disorder and PTSD. I also support children with ADHD and mood disorders. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again.
