Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, ADHD, postpartum depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, mood changes, or trouble sleeping? You don’t have to face it alone. I provide compassionate psychiatric care for adolescents (12+) and adults in a supportive, judgment-free environment where you’ll feel heard and respected. Together, we’ll take time to understand your unique experiences and create a personalized treatment plan that helps you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with listening. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a holistic view of your health, recognizing the connection between physical and mental well-being while creating a treatment plan that fits your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a welcoming conversation focused on understanding your concerns, symptoms, and goals. We’ll review your history, discuss treatment options together, answer your questions, and develop a personalized plan that supports your long-term well-being. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about your next steps.
