I believe that therapy provides an opportunity for people to explore and discover what they truly need and desire. The opportunity to have support through their healing journey and develop the tools to create long lasting growth and success. I use various techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Trauma and Solution Focused Therapy to develop a plan to support each individual's characteristics and needs.

Therapy with me is about being yourself. I like to use creativity and compassion as a way for you to discover your strengths so you can develop the life you desire. Life may have handed you different experiences that included trauma, pain, and confusion...but you don’t have to stay stuck in it. I want to help you heal and grow so you can live with joy and purpose with your family/friends, work, spirituality and other areas in your life.

Throughout the 15 plus years I have been working with individuals (children and adults), couples and families, I have helped them find healing and understanding so they could be better for themselves, their families and communities.
