I am a licensed mental health provider committed to helping people learn how to navigate the challenges of life. Together we will develop healthy coping strategies, explore past issues, trauma, and loss that are influencing your life today, and develop a plan to help you achieve your full potential.

I am passionate about helping people understand their mental health issues and assisting them in creating a life that is not defined by a diagnosis.

I approach therapy from both a strength based and recovery perspective which means, I believe in client guided treatment , and I chose to focus on the strengths you have developed to achieve your goals and survive in the world.

I use a multimodal approach and will use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused and Expressive Arts Therapy to help you achieve your desired results.

I believe that our culture and our worldview influences who we are and I strive to be open, understanding, and aware of your cultural views and perspectives.. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.

I offer individual and family therapy as well as group therapy. I am a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida and supervise registered Interns seeking their license as a LMHC. I look forward to learning more about you.
