Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Raisa and I am an LPC. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and my Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University. I treat clients with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, self-esteem, and interpersonal issues. I am also an EMDR trained therapist and treat clients with trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use person-centered approaches to build rapport and trust with my clients in order to help them feel comfortable and safe. Additionally, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on each client’s unique goals. As an EMDR therapist, I also work with clients who want to overcome trauma. It brings me great joy to be a part of the journey and witness my clients’ progress towards healing.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist I will create a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe and supported. I will help guide you towards your goals to improve symptoms and improve your quality of life.
