Great to meet you!

Rajon O’Quinn, LMHC is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with experience in substance use and co-occurring disorders. She supports women across the lifespan, meeting them in all stages of life with a warm, collaborative approach. Her work integrates trauma-informed care, CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based practices to support growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My values guide me to show up with compassion and authenticity, seeing the whole person while helping them build on strengths and grow forward.

What you can expect from me

Working with me begins with building rapport and understanding you as a whole person before moving into goals and treatment. In the first few sessions, we complete a biopsychosocial assessment, identify goals, and focus on areas that can bring immediate relief. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative—I walk alongside you, not above you. Progress looks like gaining insight, shifting perspectives, and creating meaningful behavioral change. I provide tools and actionable steps between sessions to support growth. I work best with women across the lifespan, and I prioritize both accountability and a strengths-based approach to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
