Great to meet you!

I am a Llicensed Clinical Professional Therapist (LCPC) and Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT). I received formal education from Columbia College Chicago. I am passionate about my work and truly believe in clients ability to change and grow. I work with children, adolescents, adults and elderly.

My approach to therapy

I use client centered approach focusing on empathy, open mindedness and unconditional positive regard. I also incorporate other modalities like DBT and CBT that are more direct and action oriented. I include psychosomatic work for mind and body connection.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and build rapport. I encouraged client to ask questions about the therapy process and approach. First session is an opportunity to learn about clients immediate concerns, discuss expectations, rights, responsibilities and also future scheduling. Towards the end of first session we can discuss treatment goals.
