Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Rosemont College with a focus on trauma and grief. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and strengthen relationships. I’m especially passionate about supporting youth and families, because I understand how deeply childhood experiences shape who we become as adults.

Clients should know that I bring a warm, collaborative, and empowering style to therapy. I believe sessions should feel like a safe and supportive space where you are truly heard and validated. My goal is to equip you with practical tools for growth and lasting change, while reminding you that you never have to navigate challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, and empowering; blending solution-focused strategies with trauma-informed care. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover strengths, build resilience, and create practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported, heard, and empowered in a safe, collaborative space. Together, we’ll work through what feels heavy right now while also building confidence, resilience, and practical tools you can carry into everyday life. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, capable, and prepared to create lasting change.
