Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW). My professional experience spans crisis intervention, inpatient, and outpatient settings, allowing me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a variety of life circumstances. These experiences have shaped my belief that every individual has a unique story, different needs, and the capacity for meaningful change.

My philosophy is rooted in what I call the Everbloom mentality, the belief that we are not meant to spend our lives chasing the person we were before life’s challenges. Instead, we can embrace change, reinvent ourselves, and grow into who we are becoming. Life may introduce unexpected seasons, difficult transitions, and experiences that change our perspective, but those moments do not have to define our future.

I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe growth looks different for everyone, and my goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate challenges, and discover new possibilities for yourself. You don’t have to return to an old version of yourself to move forward. You are allowed to grow, evolve, and bloom.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, collaborative, and individualized. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing or personal growth. Drawing from my experience in crisis intervention, inpatient, and outpatient settings, I understand the importance of meeting individuals where they are and adapting therapeutic interventions to their unique circumstances, needs, and goals.

I incorporate an Everbloom mentality into my therapeutic philosophy, which centers on growth, reinvention, resilience, and embracing life’s transitions. I believe therapy is not about chasing who you used to be or trying to return to a version of yourself that existed before life’s challenges. It is about understanding your experiences, learning from them, and creating space for who you are becoming.

Together, we will explore challenges, identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, challenge limiting beliefs, and build upon the strengths you already possess. My goal is to create an environment that encourages self-discovery, accountability, personal empowerment, and meaningful change.

I believe growth is not always linear, healing happens in seasons, and every individual deserves the opportunity to bloom in their own time.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, understanding, and collaboration. I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, especially when you are navigating a difficult season or are unsure where to begin. My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can show up as your authentic self.

We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, identify your strengths, and begin establishing goals that reflect what you want for yourself. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences at your own pace. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out or even know exactly where to start.

Through an Everbloom perspective, I encourage clients to approach therapy as an opportunity for growth and reinvention rather than an attempt to return to who they once were. We will work together to understand where you are, recognize what you have overcome, and identify where you want to go.

You can expect a space where your experiences are valued, your voice matters, and your growth is respected. Remember, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You simply have to be willing to begin. We will take it one season at a time.
