Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults with ADHD and anxiety, particularly those who struggle with focus, follow-through, overwhelm, or self-doubt. I understand ADHD through both clinical training and lived experience, and I help clients recognize their patterns, work more effectively with how their minds function, and create practical, sustainable change.

I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for appropriate clients when talk therapy alone has not been enough.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines mindfulness-based therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and the systems thinking I developed over two decades in software. Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all method, we look closely at the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and function—and build practical strategies that work in your actual life.

My clinical background includes hospital-based work and training through the UMass Center for Mindfulness, along with years of Zen practice and leadership. In session, I’m engaged, attentive, and collaborative. I listen closely, remember the details, use humor when it fits, and speak directly when something important needs to be said.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope might change or become clearer. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, relevant history, and strengths, but you don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.

Together, we’ll begin noticing patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or difficulty with focus. When appropriate, we may also identify a few practical next steps.

My goal is for you to feel understood and to leave with a clearer sense of how we might work together.
