Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating adult ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions. My style is direct, grounded, and practical. We focus on building real-world skills that improve attention, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

I frequently work with adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life who are rethinking long-held assumptions about themselves. I value warmth and appropriate humor. Therapy with me is structured, thoughtful, and growth-oriented without feeling heavy.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based therapies, including cognitive and behavioral strategies, with mindfulness-based practices. I focus on helping clients understand patterns in attention, thinking, and emotional regulation, and then build practical skills to create meaningful change.

Our work is structured and collaborative. We identify clear goals, develop strategies that fit how your mind works, and adjust as needed. I emphasize sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.

I also draw from years of meditation training and martial arts practice to support steadiness, discipline, and resilience in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to change or better understand. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your history, current challenges, and strengths.

We’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or difficulty with focus. If it feels appropriate, we may also start outlining practical next steps.

My goal in the first session is to create a focused, thoughtful space where you feel understood and leave with a clearer sense of direction.
