Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. With more than 41 years of experience, I've had the privilege of helping adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, major life transitions, and other emotional challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, I'm here to help you find a path forward.

Over the years, I've worked in both clinical and community settings, giving me the opportunity to support people from many different backgrounds and walks of life. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership built on trust, compassion, and respect. Together, we'll focus on building resilience, gaining insight, and creating meaningful, lasting change so you can move through life with greater confidence and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating insight-oriented and solution-focused techniques to help you better understand yourself and develop practical skills you can use every day.

I believe lasting growth happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported every step of the way. Together, we'll identify the patterns that may be holding you back, build on your existing strengths, and create realistic strategies that help you move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore the challenges you're facing, discuss what's worked in the past, and begin identifying the goals that matter most to you. There's no expectation that you have everything figured out before we begin.

My priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning. By the end of our first session, I hope you'll leave with a better understanding of your next steps and confidence that we're working together toward meaningful, lasting change.
