Great to meet you!
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is finding someone you genuinely connect with.
Before becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I spent more than 30 years in business leadership and entrepreneurship, earning my MBA before ultimately pursuing a career dedicated to helping others. That unique path allows me to understand not only the emotional challenges people face, but also the pressures of work, leadership, relationships, family responsibilities, and major life transitions.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use disorders, grief, and significant life changes. Throughout my career, I've learned that meaningful change begins with trust. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward the life you want to build.
Whether you're facing a difficult season, struggling with addiction, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide the opportunity to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and purpose.
