Great to meet you!

I am a very determined, resilient and empowering therapist that will work diligently to provide you with unconditional support and help you to reach your goals. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help each client become a better version of themselves through self improvement. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Long Island University in 2014. I specialize in addiction treatment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist my approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Psychoanalysis. I will develop with my clients an individualized treatment plan containing tools and psychoeducation to manage whatever life could possibly throw at a person. Helping clients to process past events that are causing stress or interruption in functioning, which the client may or may not have received closure on is addressed within all therapy sessions as needed.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have the tools to manage external stressors, past traumatic events, family conflict/confrontation, all forms of abuse (verbal, physical, emotional) and addictions.
