Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times—for teens, adults, and couples alike. You don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work towards a meaningful change. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship challenges using a compassionate, client-centered approach. With a strong foundation in psychology from George Mason University and a master’s degree from Grand Canyon University, my work focuses on building self-acceptance, resilience, and healthier relationships at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered in empathy and collaboration, aiming to empower you with the insights and tools necessary to cultivate a fulfilling and balanced life. Whether you're navigating emotional hurdles or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way. Let's begin this transformative journey together.

What you can expect from me

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and adolescents can safely explore their thoughts and emotions. Using an integrative approach, I draw from CBT, psychodynamic, person-centered, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
