I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship challenges using a compassionate, client-centered approach. With a strong foundation in psychology from George Mason University and a master’s degree from Grand Canyon University, my work focuses on building self-acceptance, resilience, and healthier relationships at a pace that feels right for you.
