This means addressing the real-world challenges affecting you today while collaboratively exploring and understanding the root causes of these concerns. My goal is to provide both immediate relief and long-term insight to help you thrive.
In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe and validating space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. Together, we will develop a strong therapeutic relationship, explore the fundamentals of therapy, engage in psychoeducation, and address any immediate concerns you may have.
