Greetings. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I can provide counseling and support for issues of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, loss, and relationship issues, domestic violence survivors. I have the knowledge base to help families in many capacities including trauma. I feel counseling is a collaborative effort between the therapist/the client/and the family, and I will make every effort in helping the client be successful in their journey.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a very compassionate, client centered approach to therapy. The focus is on life experiences and how they impact our body, minds, emotions, behaviors and beliefs. I work with teens to adults, who are seeking relief and guidance while moving through life challenges that may include emotional pain. My style is rooted in proving a listening ear first followed y understanding, empathy, and providing you with empowering tools to male lasting positive changes in your life.

The expecation is that we will work together as a team to plan and achieve the wanted goals to provide peace for the client and family as a whole. Everyones experiences are unique, and together we will tap into your resilience to obtain sutiatble coping skills.
