Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ramona C. Logue, PMHNP‐BC. Clients who work with me can expect care that is evidence‐based, clear, and genuinely collaborative. I specialize in supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma‐related symptoms, and stable ADHD, with a focus on clients who are motivated, engaged, and looking for practical strategies that fit their daily lives. My approach is participatory, direct, and empowering—I listen closely, explain things clearly, and work with you to create a treatment plan that feels realistic, structured, and aligned with your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is participatory, direct, and empowering. I listen closely to understand your goals and patterns, then work with you to create a clear, realistic plan that fits your daily life. Treatment may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with other providers when helpful. I also pay close attention to the connection between mental and metabolic health. My goal is to create a space where you feel informed, supported, and actively engaged in your treatment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a structured, conversational assessment where we explore your symptoms, history, goals, and what’s working or not working in your daily life. I’ll ask focused questions to understand your patterns and priorities, and we’ll clarify what you want from treatment. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a clear plan—whether that includes medication options, lifestyle strategies, or next steps—and a sense of what our work together will look like moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, heard, and confident about the path ahead.
