Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ramona C. Logue, PMHNP-BC.

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions.

With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I focus on thoughtful medication management and creating a safe, collaborative environment. I also have a special interest in how mental health treatments impact metabolic health.

My goal is to support you with care that’s personalized, respectful, and grounded in both science and empathy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a PMHNP, I take a collaborative, person-centered approach. I believe the most effective care starts with truly listening—understanding your goals, challenges, and values. Together, we develop a treatment plan that may include medication, education, lifestyle support, and coordination with other providers as needed.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and the emotional impact of life transitions. I also focus on the connection between mental health and physical well-being, including how medications can affect metabolic health.

My style is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where you feel empowered to take an active role in your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a supportive, respectful environment where they feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you gain clarity, develop coping tools, and find the right treatment strategies to improve your mental health and overall quality of life.

In our sessions, you’ll be an active participant in your care. We’ll work together to set realistic goals, monitor progress, and adjust as needed—whether that involves medication, lifestyle changes, or exploring patterns that may be impacting your well-being.

Ultimately, I want you to leave sessions feeling more empowered, more self-aware, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
