Great to meet you!

I have extensive training and experience working with underserved populations (SMI) in Phoenix, Tucson, and Mesa Arizona. I believe mental health care is a right and am constantly working to decrease mental health stigmas.

I was a fellow in the ASU Interdisciplinary Training Academy which focused on the opioid epidemic, effective ways to care for people who use drugs, and resources for people and families impacted by addiction.

My approach to therapy

I take pride in my work and provide unique personalized care to achieve the goals of my patients. My focus is to start with a holistic non-pharmacological approach to care. In many cases, psychotropic medication may greatly reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. I also use motivational interviewing to ensure I provide patient specific care with an underpinning in evidence-based practice.

What you can expect from me

Peace and security knowing that we will listen and help.
