Great to meet you!

I am a University of Southern California-trained psychotherapist and life and relationship coach with over 20 years of experience helping adults work through anxiety, depression, overthinking, relationship stress, divorce, family conflict, work-related stress, life transitions, and difficult decisions.

My approach is direct, caring, collaborative, and solution-focused. I help clients get clear on the emotional and practical patterns that keep them stuck, then work with them to put meaningful changes into practice in real life. My work often focuses on boundaries, people-pleasing, self-doubt, guilt, shame, resentment, avoidance, difficult conversations, and relationship patterns that affect personal, professional, and family life.

I create a therapy environment that is a real, one-on-one conversation, not a top-down relationship where clients feel managed or talked at. I take the work seriously and stay actively engaged as we clarify what is really bothering them and identify practical next steps. My goal is to help clients find their voice in therapy, then carry that voice into actionable changes in their lives, feeling more grounded in their decision-making and more confident in their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, caring, collaborative, and solution-focused. I help clients get clear on the emotional and practical patterns that keep them stuck, then work with them to put meaningful changes into practice in real life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk through what has been weighing on you, what feels most urgent, and what you want help changing. You do not need to have everything figured out. We will begin identifying the patterns, stressors, and next steps that can help us know where to start.
