Great to meet you!

I am a dually licensed LCSW and LCADC, as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor supporting other counselors in their professional growth. I earned my MSW from Rutgers University in 2013 and have extensive experience working with both mental health and substance use concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you reach your goals. I primarily use CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in building insight, developing coping skills, and creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can talk openly at your own pace. We’ll start by discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask some questions to get a clear picture of your history and strengths, and together we’ll begin setting goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you’re heard, respected, and empowered. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of the therapeutic process, my approach, and the direction we can take moving forward.
