Great to meet you!

Life can sometimes leave you feeling alone, stressed, or overwhelmed. Reaching out for help can be challenging and confusing. However, when you find the right counselor the journey can be rewarding and empowering. My passion is to support you to find healing and balance in your life. I have a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach. I strive to ensure that everyone feels safe and supported during their counseling process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a trauma informed therapist, I believe that the experiences and relationships that we have impact us throughout our lifespan. To meet the varying needs of mental health challenges. I have obtained training and certifications in different techniques. I am an EMDR therapist and am also certified in cognitive-behavioral therapy for youth and adults. I have received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to be empowered to reach your mental health goals and supported with tools that have been proven to be effective.
