Great to meet you!

Great to meet you

My name is Randa Hazar, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for all clients. I work with adults, adolescents, individuals, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a person-centered and compassionate approach to therapy, where you are in control of your journey, and together we move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to support you in building self-awareness, resilience, and balance in your life. I take a holistic view, focusing on enhancing self-esteem, practicing good self-care, and embracing your personal strengths as we work together.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often share that they feel seen and supported from the very first session. I prioritize developing a rapport and building a trusting, comfortable environment where you can share openly without judgment. I want to hear your story, understand your experiences, and support you in identifying your goals. To me, that’s how therapy should feel – safe, collaborative, and empowering.
