Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Randa! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive, while also helping you challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I earned my Master of Social Work and have experience working with individuals across different stages of life in outpatient mental health, residential treatment, and healthcare settings. My background has allowed me to support people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem, and difficult past experiences.

I believe our past can help us understand who we are, but it does not have to determine where we go next. In therapy, I want to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your decisions, develop healthier ways of coping, and feel more in control of the life you are creating.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can start exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation where you can be yourself, feel understood, and talk openly without fear of judgment. I’ll meet you where you are while also encouraging you to look at patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.

Sometimes you need a safe space to process what you’re experiencing, and other times you may need someone to help you see a situation from a different perspective and take practical steps toward change.

I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward changes that feel realistic and meaningful in your everyday life. My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling heard, but also feeling more confident and equipped to navigate life outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. There’s no pressure to have the “right” thing to say or to know exactly what you want to work on before you arrive. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what life looks like for you right now, and what you would like to be different moving forward.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, challenges, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. We’ll also begin identifying goals for therapy together, whether that means managing anxiety, building confidence, navigating a life transition, improving relationships, processing difficult experiences, or simply feeling more like yourself again.

Most importantly, I want our first session to feel like a conversation rather than an interview. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
