Great to meet you!

Tired of feeling stuck? Burnt out? Sick and tired of being sick and tired?

You don’t have to keep spinning your wheels. If you’re dealing with burnout, substance use, relationship struggles, grief, anxiety, or depression, I can help you cut through the noise and start making real changes.

I’ve spent years working in psychiatric hospitals, detention facilities, drug rehabs, and private practices, helping people in some of the toughest situations imaginable. I know what real struggle looks like—and I know what it takes to move forward. My approach is direct, challenging, and solution-focused because real change doesn’t come from just talking about problems. It comes from doing the work.

I specialize in working with men and women who are ready to face their challenges head-on. While I have a special focus on men’s mental health, I also work with teens, fellow clinicians, and members of the LGB community. If you’re tired of overthinking and ready to take action, I’m here to help.

My Credentials:

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS)

National Certified Counselor (NCC)

Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Therapy should challenge you—not just comfort you. If that sounds like what you need, let’s talk. Schedule a video consult today, and let’s get to work!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an integrative, no-nonsense approach to therapy. That means I don’t stick to just one method—I use whatever works to help you get where you want to be.

My style is direct, challenging, and solution-focused, so we won’t just sit around analyzing the past. We’ll focus on what’s happening now and what needs to change.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and 12-Step Facilitation, blending evidence-based strategies with real-world application. Whether you need structure, motivation, or a push to break old patterns, we’ll find the approach that works for you.

What you can expect from our first session

With me, you’ll get the right mix of support, challenge, and accountability. I’m not here to just listen—I’m here to help you take action. Together, we’ll do the heavy lifting to break through obstacles and get real results.

My approach leads to: ✔ Stronger, more satisfying relationshipsReduced anxiety and depressionGreater work and life satisfactionA sharper focus on personal growth and healthy living

I require a complimentary 15-20 minute video call before starting therapy. If you’re going to commit to this process, you should feel confident that I’m the right therapist for you. Let’s meet, talk, and see if we’re a good fit.
