Great to meet you!

I have a Ph.D. in counseling and specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, ADHD, and difficult life transitions. I have 10 years of experience working as a counselor empowering people to feel better and improve their lives. I'm skilled at quickly building strong relationships with my clients, helping them to feel heard and understood, and then working with them to achieve their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches to counseling, because no two clients are alike. My approach to working with you with will be unique to you. Come to counseling as you are, and I will deeply listen to you so that I can understand things from your perspective. After you feel understood, we will collaboratively create a plan to help you accomplish your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

You’ll come away from our sessions feeling deeply heard and understood by someone who cares about you and wants to help you feel better. Over time, I will help you to make deep, meaningful life changes that will empower you to become the person you want to be.
