I offer individualized, psychological care to treat depression, marital, anxiety, trauma, self-regulation and behavioral issues. My approach is evidence and strengths based.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in offering you the tools to apply towards coping effectively with your unique struggles. I believe that by offering weekly homework and targeted instruction you will be able to empower yourself towards change. I offer compassion in an accepting environment. I have worked in outpatient settings, private practice and inpatient behavioral health in hospital settings.
