Dr. Wilson is a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, and depression. He also specializes in mindful meditation and offers both meditation and health coaching. Dr. Wilson is trained in a number of evidence-based psychotherapies for depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Before going into private practice, Dr. Wilson served as a clinical psychologist in the Department of Veterans Affairs for 12 years.

My approach to therapy

When dealing with something as complex as human behavior, I believe that the most effective approach is one that is evidence-based, yet also flexible. My treatment approach is one that is grounded in solid behavioral science but is also warm, compassionate, and centered around your individual values and needs. While drawing from extensive clinical experience and knowledge of behavioral science, I firmly believe that each individual is the true expert on choosing their own path.
