Great to meet you!

You are a multicultural or bi-racial artist, partner, parent. A creative who feels the world deeply, but doesn't feel the world sees or feels them in the same way. You want to show up as your best in relationships, but struggle in your approach. Talks turn into arguments and you wonder what happened? I help you regain your footing in your family/career by increasing your communication skills, reigniting intimacy, and strengthening your ability to provide the love and affection you long to give.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in individuals and couples in the context of an artist/creative lifestyle. I offer a safe, yet challenging space full of warmth, compassion, and humor. I emphasizes your profound influence and purpose. Your love is needed. Your love has great power. Your partner and family deserve the best of you. My mission is to help your whole family thrive.

What you can expect from our first session

I've devoted 30 years to the study of relationships and creativity. Personally, I've done it all. Marriage, divorce, co-parenting, career pivots, loss and reclaiming my joy. I have been there and can help guide you through the thicket. I happily facilitate clients out of "lost-ness" and into the life, love, and job of their dreams.
