Great to meet you!

In my practice as both a clinical social worker and a human, I make a concerted effort to learn about you beyond just your challenges or struggles. I take a concerted interest in your life, your interests, and your strengths.

My approach to therapy

We do best when we feel safe, understood and supported in relationships that matter most. This is why my work is grounded in attachment theory and designed to help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationships with others or yourself. I additionally specialize in working with young people navigating identify, gender, and transition.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, safe environment where you feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy and why now. Then we work together to come up with a plan for support at a pace that feels right.
