Great to meet you!

I’m a psychotherapist with 14 years of experience supporting adults from age 18 through older adulthood. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, understand patterns, and work through trauma, mental health concerns, and behavioral challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to meet you with compassion and without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts and behaviors, work through emotional challenges, and focus on meaningful goals. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical tools to support present and future growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share your experiences and goals at a pace that feels comfortable, while we begin identifying the areas you’d like to work on. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation and the start of a collaborative plan for therapy.
