Great to meet you!

I have been working as a therapist in a variety of settings for almost 15 years, including time while I was working as an associate therapist. I graduated from SDSU in 2012 and I became licensed as a LCSW in 2016. I help clients identify and release old patterns so that they can access greater freedom from within and improve their relationship with themselves and/or others.

I use an eclectic approach, including examining subconscious beliefs that may be holding people back. I teach processes of self-inquiry to help people gain deeper insight and quiet their mind. My aim is to create a warm and nurturing space for healing and self-realization.

I also have a specialty and passion for helping couples improve communication and improve their relationship. I also have extensive training in providing family therapy.

My approach to therapy

I ask exploratory questions to help guide clients to gain more insight into themselves and in their relationships. I use a client centered approach. I tailor sessions to meet the needs of the individual, rather than using a cookie cutter approach. I also teach practical tools that clients can use in every day life to help people build greater resilency to manage and reduce anxiety.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, clients learn practical tools that they can use in everyday life to improve how they feel about themselves, improve their relationships with others and reduce anxiety and stress.
