Great to meet you!

For over 15+ years I have worked with teens and adults looking for help with relationships, depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, religious conflict, LGBTQ and young adults looking to strengthen their sense of self. I help people in emotional pain, difficult/confusing situations, those seeking a place to really talk, be heard & understood.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide compassionate, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental support, as we partner together on a journey of coping, healing, and thriving. I believe the therapist-client relationship is most important and I strive to establish an honest and warm working relationship with each client. In doing so, we can then explore your relationship patterns with self and others. That exploration leads to insights and understanding, geared toward discovering new ideas and finding solutions.

What you can expect from me

You are the expert to your own life. Our first few session will be about building trust and getting to better understand who you are, what your strengths are, and what approach will work best for you. Sessions will leave you empowered and confident in your ability to handle any and all of life's challenges. You will have a stronger sense of self and a deeper awareness of your strengths as you continue to gain skills and add more tools to your toolbox.
