Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Randi Hollis - a board certified as a family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have experience with patients of all ages, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My favorite part of my job is seeing my clients get better! Mental health is so under-appreciated in our culture and I want to make sure I can help my clients give their mental health the attention it deserves. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, and working on my small farm.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a way that is open, grounded, and collaborative. Whether you're navigating a long-term mental health condition or facing a new and unexpected challenge, my focus is on meeting you where you are—with empathy, respect, and honesty.

My style is warm and relational, but also clear and direct. I believe that real change happens when you feel seen and understood, without judgment. I strive to create a space that feels safe, where we can explore what's happening in your life with curiosity rather than criticism.

I take a holistic approach, considering not just symptoms, but your whole story—your relationships, body, identity, environment, and personal values.

What you can expect from me

I work with a range of mental health concerns, from chronic conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, to new or situational stressors such as life transitions, burnout, identity questions, or relationship struggles. I also hold space for those who may not have a clear label for what they’re experiencing—just a sense that something’s off or that something needs to change.

What remains constant in all my work is a commitment to being present, honest, and attuned—supporting you as you reconnect with your own clarity, strength, and sense of self.
