Randi Schweitz is a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC) residing in Providence RI and holds a LPCC license in NM. Randi earned a masters degree in Counseling/Psychology in 2008. Randi works with adult individuals and provides care for clients who struggle with emotional wounding and unresolved childhood trauma that affects their current adult relationships. Randi has extensive experience with mindfulness based/body-centered therapies, and has been a psychotherapist for over 16 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With Randi's support you will learn how to safely approach & transform trauma symptoms that cause distress in your body/mind. Randi will gently guide you to bring awareness to the parts of you that got wounded and teach you how to help those parts heal so you can live from an empowered, clear, & confident place within yourself & in your relationships.

Randi uses supportive questions to find out what goals matter most to the client, and provides a collaborative and warm approach to helping you discover what gets in the way of reaching your goals and what helps you feel empowered and more connected to your true self.
