Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for 17 years and have experience with people from different backgrounds. Much of my experience is with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem. Together, we will identify your strengths and use those along with evidence based solutions to process past trauma and navigate through current life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe that all aspects of a person's life-their mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual-are connected to their overall well-being. As your therapist, I will provide a safe space free of judgment, as we look at these areas, work through past experiences, and move to achieving the goals you set for yourself .

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a kind, compassionate, and open-minded space where you will feel welcome and comfortable. At the initial session, you'll get to share your background story and what your goals are for therapy. In the following sessions, we will work together using various tools and your identified strengths to move you closer to reaching your personal goals.
