Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck in emotional pain or disconnected from your faith? Do Christian cliches leave you feeling unheard? Maybe something deep inside resists spiritual truths and you don't know why. Others in your faith community haven't known how to help and don't understand. I'm Randi Soltero and I help people remove barriers of trauma and stress that block spiritual growth and connection. Our past experiences-especially those from childhood- can hinder our ability to feel close to God and hear His voice, sometimes for many years. I'm passionate about uncovering these wounds so that you can connect more fully in your faith.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based trauma interventions including EMDR, IFS, and somatic therapy to find and heal the roots of long-standing struggles with anxiety, depression, anger, and disconnection. These modalities work with our subconscious and bypass the part of us that wants to "figure things out" leading to faster and more efficient progress. While I can integrate Christian spirituality into our work together, the extent to which I do so- or if I do so at all- is entirely up to you.

What you can expect from me

It is my aim for my clients to feel welcomed, heard, and safe. I want to understand your past journey and the life you want to create moving forward. I know that sharing our histories is vulnerable so I will listen without judgement. I want clients to leave feeling like "she really got me" and have a renewed sense of hope in the future.
