Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Louisiana with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & career difficulties. I also have experience working with depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

I like to get to know clients so that we may get to the root cause of potential issues or experiences they may encounter. In turn, we can begin working through some of those challenges and identifying their strengths to help the navigate that difficulty and any similar situations that may arise in the future.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling confident, hopeful, and empowered.
