Great to meet you!

Most clients that start counseling with me are anxious regarding the counseling process and what to do. My goal is to attempt to make your experience with counseling as comfortable and as easy as possible. That being said, counseling is work. It takes time to gain the insight and tools to make lasting changes that will improve you and your life. My 27 years of experience with children, teens, adults, and seniors allows me to bring many lessons and tools for your benefit. Let's figure out how to make your life worth living while striving to help you thrive!

Not only my experience, but I will offer you an empathetic style so that you feel understood and at ease, while investigating your personal situation to gain the best outcome possible. I offer excellent diagnostic skills and I am able to navigate a host of complicated issues and make them simple for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to offer you practical methods and tools so that you are better equipped to self-regulate and self-manage. My goal is to work myself out of a job by increasing your capacity and skills. Additionally, we will engage in talk therapy so that you can process and make sense of the many things going on for you and within your world.

What you can expect from me
