Great to meet you!

Hello There

I've been working with people now for decades. I've seen many people succeed at improving their lives. Therapy should be a time of growth and change. It need not be scary and avoided. Using simple proven techniques, we will work together towards your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In therapy I employ easy to understand and apply into their life techniques. Using CBT and REBT we look at how small behavior change can wield many big changes. By looking at the person's world, seeing how they view the environment we look for new paths to get new results.

What you can expect from our first session

My goals are for people to be able to enjoy life in a new way. To not be chained down by depression, anxiety, substance use. I hope to work with the person for a long as they need the added support.
