Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 37 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging seasons. My passion for this work runs deep, and I approach every session with empathy, honesty, and a firm belief in your ability to grow.

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have completed specialized training in the Gottman Method and PREPARE/ENRICH, which I use to help couples build stronger, more connected relationships. I’m also a Clinical Fellow and AAMFT-approved supervisor, proudly mentoring future therapists.

If you're ready to begin the work, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both empowering and practical. I believe in equipping people with the tools they need to move beyond self-defeating patterns and into a healthier, more fulfilling life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, or just feeling stuck—therapy with me is a space to gain insight, practice new skills, and reclaim your story.
