Hello, I'm Randy, i'm an expert in substance use disorders as well as the process addictions. I'm a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT). I have worked in mental health for 42 years. I treat depression and anxiety. I typically treat families, couples and families to help them heal. I'm also an educator on several mental heath topics and diagnoses.

My approach to therapy is a combination that includes ACT, DBT, Motivational interviewing, psychoanalytic therapy, Affirming therapy, and whatever the client prefers and brings into the session.

We can simply triage the most important issues at hand. Whatever is hurting the most! Often, initial sessions can be information gathering visits.
