Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University's California School of Professional Psychology. My specialties include trauma treatment (EMDR-certified, TF-CBT Trained) and anxiety and depression management. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them recover from trauma, build healthy self esteem, and maintain meaningful relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, focusing on active listening and understanding each person's unique experiences. I support individuals, couples, and families in healing from trauma, improving their well-being, and strengthening their relationships. By promoting healthy self esteem and emotional resilience, I guide clients on their journey to sustained growth and meaningful connections.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I create a calm, empathetic environment designed to encourage trust and vulnerability. My aim is to help clients develop healthy coping strategies, improve self worth, and work toward emotional healing. Clients typically leave with a greater understanding of themselves and the skills to cultivate stronger, more supportive relationships.
