Counseling is a deep passion of mine and I sincerely look forward to helping individuals who have concerns with relationships, substance abuse and mental health issues. I have more than 10 years of experience using my clinical skills to provide education, empathy, support and understanding towards unique challenges.

CBT, Solution Focus Therapy, Talk Therapy and other therapeutic modalities will often be implemented to unveil issues while also exploring solutions and tools that can be used to lead you towards healing and overcoming perplexing obstacles.
