Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Rani and I am a Licensed Mental health counselor based out of Tampa, Florida. I specialize in a variety of mental health concerns including: relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, motivation, and general satisfaction in life. My mission is to provide encouragement as you tackle your goals and unlock the innate courage you possess. Are you ready and committed to making a change? If so, then I am here for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Right off the bat, I would like to acknowledge that I do not believe in labels or defining anyone based off a diagnosis. I specialize in Reality therapy, a type of counseling that steers away from diagnosing while empowering individuals to make better choices. Choosing how we view adversity is crucial in overcoming challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to meet clients where they are at and will tailor our sessions to meet your needs. Goal alignment is an essential part of therapy with me and we will focus our conversations on those outcomes you deem important. My hope is to create a safe space for you to share your story and work through whatever current challenges are impacting you.
