Background: School Psychologist for 24 years, and mental health background in substance abuse, Children's Services, and clinical experience in a hospital setting. I believe that compassion and authenticity is at the forefront of healing.

My approach to therapy

My expertise lies in trauma (including CPTSD). Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of my go-to therapy approaches, but I've recently incorporated integrative/holistic health. I am client centered and will tailor my approach based on your goals.
