Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor–Diagnostic (LMHC-D) and CASAC with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality concerns, substance use, and life stress. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I use tools from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand yourself and make real, lasting changes. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive. I use practical tools from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel heard while also being empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you are facing. I will ask questions to better understand your history and what you would like to work on, but there is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying clear goals and next steps so you leave feeling heard and supported.
