A bit about my approach to therapy

I help my clients by utilizing EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, Polyvagal Theory, Evidence Based, Solution Focused Brief therapy, with integrating Mindfulness practices.

My approach emphasizes cultural sensitivity, ensuring that therapy is not only accessible but also relevant to each individual’s cultural context.I strive to create a safe space where clients feel understood and validated in their feelings and experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

An Open Mind: I am aware that it requires for a therapist to maintain an open mind regarding different perspectives, beliefs, values, & exp. that may differ from their own backgrounds or worldviews. For me, cultural sensitivity is crucial as well as respecting individual differences & facilitate positive change through therapy, based on their unique needs and circumstances.
