I work with adolescents, veterans, couples, and individuals who are ready to address issues at the root—not just talk about them. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, identity challenges, or performance pressure, we will work together to create a clear plan and move toward measurable change.
My approach is direct, solution-focused, and empowering. I combine CBT, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques to help you regain control, build resilience, and improve communication in your relationships. As a military veteran and therapist, I understand discipline, stress, and the weight of responsibility—and I also understand how to help you move forward without staying stuck in the past.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We go deeper, we challenge unhelpful patterns, and we build skills that last outside the session. My goal is simple: help you get your life back and operate at your highest level.
