Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, veterans, couples, and individuals who are ready to address issues at the root—not just talk about them. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, identity challenges, or performance pressure, we will work together to create a clear plan and move toward measurable change.

My approach is direct, solution-focused, and empowering. I combine CBT, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques to help you regain control, build resilience, and improve communication in your relationships. As a military veteran and therapist, I understand discipline, stress, and the weight of responsibility—and I also understand how to help you move forward without staying stuck in the past.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We go deeper, we challenge unhelpful patterns, and we build skills that last outside the session. My goal is simple: help you get your life back and operate at your highest level.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and action-oriented. I believe in addressing challenges at their root while equipping clients with practical tools they can apply in daily life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and improve communication.

I am direct but supportive. I will challenge patterns that are keeping you stuck while also helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence. Therapy with me is focused on measurable progress—not just conversation, but meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on understanding your current challenges, your history, and what you want to change. I’ll ask thoughtful, structured questions to gain clarity, and together we’ll begin identifying goals and a practical direction for treatment.

You can expect a safe, professional space where you feel heard—but also a clear plan forming. By the end of the session, you should have greater insight into your situation and a sense of direction for how we will move forward.
