Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Raquel Cameron, LMSW, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress management using a compassionate, client-centered approach. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Together, we focus on identifying patterns, building on strengths, and developing practical strategies that support personal growth, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. We will discuss what brought them to therapy, explore their goals, and begin identifying areas they would like to improve or better understand. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful about the therapeutic process while creating a plan that is tailored to their unique needs.
